1. Using Sogma

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sogma. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account credentials safe. Anything that happens under your account is your responsibility.

2. Your content

Whatever you upload, create, or store in Sogma — content, products, files, data — stays yours. We don’t claim ownership of it. You give us permission to store, process, and display it back to you (and to anyone you choose to share it with) so the platform can work.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Sogma to:

• Break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or attempt to breach our systems
• Resell or sublicense the platform without our permission
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it’s resolved.

5. Termination

You can stop using Sogma and close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, and we’ll try to give you reasonable notice when we can.

6. No warranty

Sogma is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Sogma isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we’ll post the updated version here with a new date. Continuing to use Sogma after that means you accept the changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
